During the Promotional Period, all customers can enjoy an additional discount upon purchasing, as the case maybe, 2 or 3 items of the same style (as may be designated by Theory from time to time) in any size or color (collectively the “Designated Items”) in one single transaction at Theory Online Stores (collectively the “Discount”). During the Promotional Period, all customers can enjoy the following discounts:
(1) up to 80% off on designated markdown items when purchasing at Theory Online Stores (the “Purchase Discount”); and
(2) instantly enjoy the following discounts (the “Threshold Discount”, together with the Purchase Discount, the “Discounts”) upon meeting the below designated purchase threshold in one single transaction (the “Purchase Threshold”) at the Theory Online Stores:
